Sunday lunch

Today from 1pm until 4pm we are serving roast leg of pork with apple sauce, spring greens, carrots, cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes.
Other specials include; Portuguese grilled sardines.   Pan fried black bream fillets with herb butter & Jersey royals. Tagliatelle Siciliana with smoked chicken, rosemary, artichokes and pine nuts.

Saturday

Todays Specials; Mussel chowder.   Mediterranean salad with serrano ham, mozarella, beef tomatoes, olives, artichoke and foccacia bread.   Red liecester and dill quiche.   Portuguese grilled sardines.   Tagliatelle Siciliana with smoked chicken, rosemary, artichokes and pine nuts.

Todays Sunday roast is Rib of beef, yorkshire pudding, jersey royals, roast potatoes, vesgetables and gravy.

Latte

From 9 to 5 every day we serve real coffees with Dark Bourbon beans supplied by local company Cooper & Co. Cappuccino, Mocha, Espresso, Americano and Latte. We also have a huge selection of teas, tisanes and infusions. Most popular of all though is our Samares Manor Cider.

Wednesday

Our specials today;

Mulligatawny soup or Carrot nad coriander. Goujons of plaice with fries and alioli. Grilled squid stuffed with Thai rice, ginger & corriander. Mediterranean salad with mozzarella, serrano ham, olives, artichokes, beef tomato and rosemary foccacia bread.

Today we are serving Roast leg of English lamb from 1pm for £9.95
We also have Moules mariniere with fries and Scallops wrapped in smoky bacon with saffron rice. Beef tomato & mozzarella salad with fresh basil. The homemade soups are Bean and chorizo or Asparagus with fine herbs.

Saturday

Specials for today;
Caesar salad with Samares Manor herb chicken and baby coss leaves fresh from the chefs garden.
Scallops wrapped in smokey bacon with garlic butter & saffron rice. Moules mariniere with fries.
Soups are cream of field mushroom or spicy sweet potato.
