Bank Holiday Monday 28th August

The Herb Garden Café is having a Bar-Be-Que Grillfest!!
And for those of you who have been missing your fix of Barrio culinary delights,  the Barrio brothers will be guest chefs with us on the BBQs.

Serving up such delights as:
Spanish especial sausages with alioli and rocket in a Portuguese roll,
Grilled steak sandwich with chimichurri in olive Ciabatta,
Genuine Jersey beefburgers (Me and the Farmer) in brioche buns,
Toulouse sausages (Classic Herd) in french torpedo sticks,
and Piri piri chicken.

Pre-show supper menu
6pm to 7pm
Tuesday 11th July to Saturday 15th July

Greek Halloumi saganaki V
Pan baked cheese, with fresh rosemary. Served with toasted bread, grapes, apple and home made fig and red onion chutney

Zuppa Toscana
Italian soup with chicken stock, garlic sausage, bacon, potatoes and kale, finished with cream. Served with crusty bread

Greek salad V
Crumbled feta cheese tossed with cucumber, plum tomato, capsicum peppers, red onion, olives and fresh oregano in olive oil. Served with crusty bread

Levant Moussaka V
baked layers of aubergine and potato topped with bechamel sauce
served with a rocket, olive and cherry tomatoes.

Marrakech Tagine
Slow stewed lamb with dates, prunes and almonds in a rich spiced sauce.
Served with cous cous and khobez flat bread

Portuguese Picadinho
Succulent pieces of steak cooked in garlic, onions, red wine and golden bay leaves, finished with cream, tomato and olives. Served with French fries and salad garnish.
