I am pleased to say we have added one of my personal favorites, Creole
crab Cakes - Made
with holy trinity (onion,
red
pepper and celery) served
with sweet
chilli dip, garlic rice and salad garnish.
Another dish we feel will prove very popular is Crispy
duck stir-fry - Wok
fried aromatic shredded duck, Chinese vegetables and noodles in a
Szechuan sauce.
We also have two new salads, Crumbled
Stilton - with
apple,
strawberries,
walnuts, fresh
rocket, salad
leaves and
balsamic croutons. And Pan
Fried
Haloumi
cheese - with fresh salad leaves, and artichokes with sun blushed tomatoes marinated with rosemary.
