Sunny April

We would like to say a big thank you for such great support already this spring. We've been very busy but are still finding time to create some new dishes;
Local pan fried scallops, Stornoway black pudding, spiced apple puree and micro herb salad.

 
(above) Hand picked white crab linguine, carrot, welsh onion, fine herbs sauce and chive flowers.
